First, select a customer by account number or name to limit your search. Click Grid to bring up the Customer Grid. Then in the fields beneath "The description needs to contain the words...", enter the description text. You have the option of adding AND, OR, or AND NOT and another field to further define the search criteria. Click Search to bring up the list of jobs. Click Print to print out this list as a report. Click All Jobs Grid to bring up the list of all jobs in the database.
The following check boxes are used as filters. Use them to reduce the number of line items in listed.
