First select the copier whose rates you wish to view or change.
Click continue and the copier setup table is shown.
Fields:
Copier Name
The Copier whose rates you are looking at.
Order
The order in the copier name drop down box.
Max Stock
The largest size of stock that can fit inside the copier.
Max Image
The largest image that can be printed on the stock.
Charge Per Copy For 100% Color Coverage
The rate that determines the color coverage cost in the copier template.
Options Available
These options just define the copiers capabilities. They are not used in pricing as of this time.
Per Hour / Average Per Each
These number are to be used as a calculating tool to assist setting how much the copier makes in an hour at a given price per copy. The Target Average Per Each times the number of Copies equals the Target Rate.
Max In/Out Tray Size
The maximum number of originals that can be placed in the copier at one time. Even though this number is not used in calculations, it should be used to see if extra handling costs are needed for a job.
Note: The Handling field on the copier template is also a way of increasing the price because of extra handling.
Current Rates Grid
This table, which can be edited, shows what a copy costs. Each number of originals and copies yields a cost per copy.
