First select the printer whose rates you wish to view or change.
Click continue and the printer setup table is shown.
Fields:
Printer Name
The printer whose rates you are looking at.
Notes
Use this note to record how and why you set up the tables so that later you will remember why you did it.
Order
The order in the printer name drop down box.
Max Stock
The largest size of stock that can fit inside the printer.
Max Image
The largest image that can be printed on the stock.
Charge Per Page For 100% Color Coverage
The rate that determines the color coverage cost in the New Digital Template to increase the charge for 0 to 100% coverage.
Options Available
These options just define the printers capabilities. They are not used in pricing as of this time.
Click/Price per Click Grid
This table, which can be edited, shows color and B/W click charges based on how many are printed.
Run Size Factors
The Factor for the various stock sizes is multiplied times the Click Charge times the Total Clicks to determine the final printer charge.
