Set Data Source
This option allows a user to connect to a database that is located on another computer or a server. It is best that the shared folder is not mapped to the local computer (such as the H: or G: drive on this computer). Rather, it is best to use a shared directory through 'My network places' or similar UNC (Universal Naming Convention) networking system.
Clear User Count
This menu clears PSM's user count table. In the case of a computer crash or other error, PSM may not log off the current user from the User Count. If this happens, then PSM might not let additional users into the program until the user that crashed enters the program and uses this "Clear User Count" option.
Sales Entry People Allows you to remove or add names in the pull down for salesperson on the pricing templates.
Carbonless Parts Factors: This is the table used in pricing carbonless forms of various numbers of parts
Run Sizes: This is the table used for the run size pull down on the pricing templates.
Stock Sizes: This is the table used for the stock size pull down on the pricing templates.
Delivery Methods: This table allows you to select and edit the methods of delivery.
Table Browser: Access to PSM tables. This is password protected. Call AACRO for the daily password.

Double-clicking a Table will bring up a database viewer of the selected table:
Each field can be changed manually.
