Buttons:

 

Add Line

Adds a line to the job.

 

Set Seq

Press this button to set a sequence for the jobs you have listed.

 

Process Notes

Use this to keep notes about the processes a job is going through.

 

Job Log

This button will bring up a history of jobs. Note that if a barcode is scanned while this window is opened, the job log will update and any changes you made will be discarded.

 

Print Status

This button will print out a list of jobs and their status.

 

Running

This button will take you to a window that allows you to set the job status of a selected job.

 

WO Comments

This option brings you to work order comments/notes.

 

Job Notes

This option takes you to Job comments/notes.

 

 

Fields:

 

Item Complete

Check this field to indicate that a selected item is complete.

 

Priority

This field allows you to set the priority of the selected item.

 

Due Date

This field allows you to set the due date for an item.

 

Fixed

Check this field to make the due date unchangeable.

 

Order Complete / Invoiced / Shipped

These fields automatically update when the list of orders are completed, invoiced, and shipped. The dates fill in automatically, and as each are completed, the checks will appear in the boxes.
