Display Sequence
The order in which the selection is displayed in the stock name drop down box.
Selection
The stock name whose information is displayed.
Mark Up
The amount the cost is multiplied by to get the basic price of the stock.
Cost
What the stock costs you.
Price
Equals Mark Up times Cost. It is a locked field that cannot be changed directly.
Color Multiple
This number gets multiplied by the price of the stock if the color specified for the job is not one of the standard colors in the colors list. Colors
Minimum Charge
What the minimum charge is to the customer for ordering the stock.
Special Order
Whether or not the stock needs to be ordered.
Sheets Per Package
The number of sheets in one ream of paper. It is used to determine if there is an even number of reams in a job and alert the user if there isn't.
