The field “Total Run” displays the number of run size sheets required to yield the Sheets quantity. It is Sheets + Over Run.
The field “Stock Sheets” displays the quantity of parent sized sheets required to yield the Total Run quantity of run sized sheets.
By clicking on the yellow How’s It button next to the Stock Size Cuts field, the cut map calculator window will open showing you the cut pattern. If you choose to change the number up and the number of cuts, you can click the green lock button to lock in your changes.
The check box Omit Start Over Run will price a job and assume junk paper will be used to start the job. It will ignore any start up over run that has been setup in the paper definition table.
The Work and Turn/Tumble check box will cause the pricing engine to ignore all setup charges and startup over run on the back side pass. It will cause a message to popup if the number up is not a multiple of two or if the back ink colors are not the same as the front ink colors.
The Perfecter check box will appear if you define a press as having perfecter capabilities. If you use the perfecter check box, the job will be priced as though all colors are going on the front side.
