Use this form to add or edit paper options and prices. First select the stock weight you wish to view in the drop-down box.
Double-Click any item in the selection column to bring up the Sheets Form for that item.
Buttons:
Add Stock
Click this button to add a new stock. Click here for a walk through.
qFactor:
Click this button to access and edit the quantity factor table.
Stock Cost
Click this button to edit the selected stock on the Sheets Form.
Changes Values in a Column:
After selecting the column, the Calculator is displayed.
View Paper Supplier's Item Numbers
Fields:
Stock Type Drop Down
Select the stock type group to view on the grid. To add a stock type go to the Sheets Form.
Order
The order in which the paper is listed.
Selection
The stock name. Double click to get to the selected stock form.
Parent Size
The parent size of the stock.
Color Multiple
This number is used to determine color costs.
Minimum Price
The minimum price for ordering the stock.
Special Order
Whether this stock is a special order.
Package size
The size of package the stock come in.
